     Light Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients
1 pound penne or other pasta
1 small onion, diced
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
2 tsp. olive oil
2 cups skim milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
16 oz. broccoli flowerets or small crown broccoli cooked
1 pound cooked chicken (use Perdue Done It )

Instructions
Cook pasta as label directs. Steam broccoli in microwave with small amount of water for approx. 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Drain liquid. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
Cook onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden. Mix milk, chicken broth, and flour in mixer container, shake well then stir into onion mixture along with salt and pepper. Stir until thickened. Stir in Parmesan. Add pasta, chicken and broccoli. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15- 20 minutes.
