     Beef Tacos

Ingredients
2 tortillas
2 1/2 oz. round steak
1/6 small onion
1/4 small red pepper
pinch of thyme (dried)
salt (as required)
black pepper (to taste)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 lettuce leaf
 
chili sauce (to taste)
1 leaf of Italian parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
First peel the onion. Then thinly slice the peeled onion. Remove and discard the seeds and stems from the small red peppers. Next, cut the small red peppers into thin strips.
Cut the beef into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season. Put the olive oil into a frying pan and place over moderate heat. Saute' the seasoned beef until browned. Add the onion and red pepper and saute' until they become tender.
Add some salt, pepper, and a pinch of thyme and stir them in, then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the stove. Tear the lettuce and place some on each tortilla. Divide the fried beef and vegetables into 2 portions, then place a portion in the center og each tortilla and fold in half. Skewer the tortillas with a toothpick to keep them folded.
Transfer the tortillas to plates and garnish with Italian parsley. Serve with chili sauce. THERE READY TO EAT.
