     Tomato/Basil Linguini

Ingredients
1 pound linguini
4 tomatoes, cubed
8 oz. havarti cheese
1 cup basil-chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup olive oil
ground pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Mix olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add tomato, cheese, and basil. Marinate 1 hour.
Cook linguini
Add to olive oil mixture and serve.
Serving Suggestions
cools quickly but also can be eaten cold.
