     Postcard Potato Soup

Ingredients
2 potatoes peeled and diced in 1/2 inch cubes
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chicken bullion granules
1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter
 
1 pint half and half
1/4 flour
paprika for garnish

Instructions
Cook vegetables in water and bullion until tender. Place 1/2 square butter in saucepan, add flour. Add half and half to thicken. Add to ingredients. Add cheese. DO NOT BOIL.
