1 small head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
3 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup greek olives
1/2 pound feta cheese
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 pinch oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Chill all vegetables, olives and cheese. Combine dressing ingredients. When ready to serve, toss all vegetables and olives. Top with cheese, serve with dressing.
