     Breakfast - Egg Casserole

Ingredients
4 Cups cubed bread
2 cups milk
12 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
16 eggs
4 Tbsp butter
12 oz cheddar cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
 

Instructions
Soak bread in milk. Let stand. Saute breadcrumbs in butter. Beat eggs.
Fold bread and milk mixture into eggs. Pour egg mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Top with cheese, crumbled bacon, and sauteed breadcrumbs. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
