     Snacks - Rosemary Pecans

Ingredients
6 cups pecan halves
1 stick melted butter
1 Tbsp or more finely chopped rosemary
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Kosher salt and cayenne pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Toast pecans, dry, in 250 deg. oven for 30 mins, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with melted butter. Mix rosemary, brown sugar, salt and cayenne and add to pecans.
Return to oven and toast for 15 minutes. Stir and toast for 8 minutes. Stir again. Allow to cool before storing.
