Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs, onion and 1 1/4 cups water. Shape into 32 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Place on foil-lined baking pan. Bake 20 minutes. Mix beef gravy and sour cream in saucepan. Add meatballs; mix lightly.
cook on low till heated through.
