     Amaretto Punch

Ingredients
1 (49 oz) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz. ) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 quart boiling water
2 cups sugar
2 cups amaretto liqueur
2 quarts cold water
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. almond extract
 

Instructions
In a large container, dissolve sugar in one quart boiling water. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 6 quart size freezer bags. (I use 12 bags and they will fill a large Styrofoam cup for entertaining with at picnics.)Freeze. When ready to serve, empty three or four bags into a punch bowl. The punch should melt to a slushy consistency as it sits, it may melt too much. If that happens just add 1 or 2 additional bags of frozen punch. Variation- Also could add more liqueurs if you desire. Good as a slushy on a hot day. -)
