In a large container, dissolve sugar in one quart boiling water. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 6 quart size freezer bags. (I use 12 bags and they will fill a large Styrofoam cup for entertaining with at picnics.)Freeze. When ready to serve, empty three or four bags into a punch bowl. The punch should melt to a slushy consistency as it sits, it may melt too much. If that happens just add 1 or 2 additional bags of frozen punch.
Variation- Also could add more liqueurs if you desire. Good as a slushy on a hot day. -)
