Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add egg whites, bananas, and applesauce. Stir until just combined and pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50-55 mintues until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
