Instructions |

|
Mix flour, sugar, margarine, eggs and syrup. Put in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool

Mix powdered sugar, butter, milk, peppermint, and food coloring. Beat until smooth. Spread on brownies.

Melt chocolate chips and butter. Pour over brownies.
