     Carrot Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup cooking oil
2 cup carrot, finely shredded
3 eggs
 
1/2 cup nut chopped
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp butter, soft
1 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Beat items through nuts. Fill lined muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 20-24 mintues at 375 degrees. Cool
Mix cream cheese, butter, milk, and powdered sugar. Frost cupcakes.
