     Crispy Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
6 large potatoes (3 pounds) - slice 1/8 inch thick
1/3 cup olive oil
2-4 tbsp rosemary
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup grated parmesan
 

Instructions
HEat oven to 400 degrees. Grease sides of 8-9 inch spring form pan. Mix tatoes, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Arrange 1/3 tatoes in overlaping layers in ring. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat with 1/3 tatoes, 1/2 cup parmesan, and finally amount of tatoes.
Bake 1 hour for 70 minutes.
