1 lb fresh green beans, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
|
|
1-2 onions, medium, sliced
|
|
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
|
|
1 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp pepper
|
|
1 Tbsp lemon juice
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook green beans in boiling salted water until tender.
|
|
|
Drain and pat dry on paper towels. In skillet, saute onions in oil till lightly browned.
|
|
|
Add green beans, salt, pepper and cook one minute. Add lemon juice and serve.
