     Peach Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup olive oil or canola
 
2 medium peaches, pitted and diced (approximately 1 1/3 cups)
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced (approximately 1/3 cup)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400, and grease skillet. Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Make a well in center, beat together sour cream, milk, oil and egg in small bowl. Stir in peaches and peppers and pour into dry ingredients, mixing till just combined.
Pour into skillet and bake 20-25 minutes, till a toothpick comes out clean.
