     Overnight Layer Salad

Ingredients
1 medium head lettuce, torn
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (10oz) box frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayo
3-4 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
 
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp, crumbled

Instructions
Place lettuce pieces in bottom of glass bowl. Sprinkle layers of- celery-green onions-peas-eggs-1/2 of bacon. Make a dressing by combining sour cream, mayo, sugar and garlic salt. Pour dressing over salad. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and remaining bacon over top. Chill overnight before serving.
