Combine tomatoes and juice, Brie, basil, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Leave at room temp at least 2 hours. Cook pasta as directed drain and immediately toss with tomato mixture. Brie should melt. Mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve at room temp.
