Whisk yolks, and add marsala wine and sugar in a stainless steel bowl. Rest bowl in saucepan over hot water.
Whisk constantly for 4-5 min. until it has consistency of lightly whipped cream
When mixture is thick, foamy and triple in volume, remove from heat.
Let cool, and add berries
