Boil chicken breasts in water w salt, pepper and butter...strain it to get the bits out....then add 2 cans cream of chicken soup to the broth – wisk in...add 1 can condensed milk and more salt and pepper...then add medium egg noodles and bring to a boil for 8 minutes...add back in cut up chicken....let it sit for 15 minutes or so after and it will thicken nicely!!!
