     Antipasto Frutti Di-Mare

Ingredients
8 med scallops
3 - 6 squid
16 mussels
1 cup red pepper diced
1 cup green pepper diced
2 cups olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp each oregano, salt, pepper
1 fresh lemon
 
parsley

Instructions
boil seafood in lemon juice and water for 5 mins. drain cool season with salt and pepper
boil red and green pepper in vinegar for 10 min and cool
add remaining ingredients. spoon pepper misture over seafood. garnish with parsley and lemons
