     Basic White Bread

Servings   2 lb loaf

1-1/3 c water
2 T butter
2 t salt
1 T plus 2 t sugar
4 C bread flour
2 T nonfat dry milk
1-1/2 t active dry yeast

Place ingrediets in bread pan in the order listed or according to manufacturer's directions. When adding the yeast last, make a small well with your finger to place the yeast in. This will insure the proper timing of the yeast reaction
Use basic (Standard), rapid, timed cycles or according to manufacturer's directions
Makes a 2 lb. loaf
