     Chinese Sumi Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup Sesame seed
1 bag shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix)
3 pkgs. Ramen noodles (without flavor packets) Uncooked
1/4 cup slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cans Mandarin oranges
DRESSING INGREDIENTS-
1/4 to 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
 
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 cup sugar
6 Tsp. Rice vinegar (or Cider)

Instructions
Lightly brown sesame seed and almonds in 2 Tbsp. oil. Set aside. Combine cabbage (slaw mix) with uncooked, crumbled Ramen noodles. Add sesame seeds and almonds and toss together.
Mix dressing ingredients together and add to cabbage mixture. Toss.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

This is a great Summer Salad
