Lightly brown sesame seed and almonds in 2 Tbsp. oil. Set aside. Combine cabbage (slaw mix) with uncooked, crumbled Ramen noodles. Add sesame seeds and almonds and toss together.
Mix dressing ingredients together and add to cabbage mixture. Toss.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
