1/4 cup butter, melted

2 Tbsp dijon mustard
|

3/4 cups bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

6 chicken breast halves

Instructions |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
|
|
|
|
Mix butter and mustard in shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag.
|
|
|
|
Dip on piece of chicken at a time in butter mixture, then place in dry bag mixture. Shake well to evenly coat.
|
|
|
|
Place chicken in ungreased baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes, turning once.
