1 lb lean ground beef

1 small bell pepper, diced
|

1 small onion, diced

1 can ranch style beans
|

I can chopped green chiles

8 oz cheddar or colby jack cheese

1 can mexicorn (drained)

1 package taco seasoning
|
|
2 boxes cornbread mix and ingredients to fix
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
|
|
|
Brown ground beef with bell pepper and onion. Drain. Add beans and taco seasoning. Add half of the cheese to the mix. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix cornbread according to directions. Add one can mexicorn and remaining cheese. Spread over taco mixture.
|
|
|
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cornbread is done.
