     Salad - Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
Romaine, iceburg and red leaf lettuce
1/4 cup Kamalata olives, sliced or chopped
Provolone cheese to taste, sliced
Mozzarella cheese to taste, sliced
salami to taste, sliced
1/4 cup sweet banana wax peppers, chopped
Dry, flaked organo to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Rice wine vinegar
 
parmesan cheese to taste
salt and pepper

Instructions
Tear up lettuce. Cut cheeses and salami into bite size pieces and add to lettuce. Add olives and oregano. Add dressing and parmesan cheese. Toss.
For dressing - mix oil and rice wine vinegar, 3 to 1 ratio of oil to vinegar.
