3/4 to 1 cup Onion, diced (about 1/2 of a med onion)

1/4 cup fresh dill, or 1-2 tbsp dried dill
|

1/3 cup dill relish
|

3 tbsp stone ground or dijon mustard

1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonase
|
|
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
|
|
1/4 tsp Black pepper
|
|
1/4 tsp Celery salt
|
|
1/4 tsp Dried ground mustard

Instructions |

|
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Start with the lower measure on wet ingredients, then increase to your liking.

Chill tarter sauce for at least 30 minutes prior to serving. This allows for the flavors to 'marry'.
