     Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1-3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
