Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds fresh cod fillets, or frozen fillets, thawed
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted, divided use, note that half the butter is for optional dipping
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley sprigs
Garnish- lemon wedges
 

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Arrange fish in shallow casserole. Pour half of the melted butter over the fillets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. 3. Place in oven and bake, uncovered, basting occasionally, until fish flakes with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon slices and, if desired, the remaining butter for dipping.
