Grease two loaf pans, 9x5x3. Mis oil and sugar, stir in eggs, pumpkin and water. Blend in flour, soda, salt, baking powder and spices. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and ten minutes.
