     Southwest Cornbread

3 cups cornbread mix
1/2 cup salad oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, grated
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup cream style corn
1/2 cup finely chopped jalepeno peppers
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/4 lb bacon, cooked
1/4 cup shopped pimentos
1/2 clove crushed garlic

Put cornbread mix in large bowl, add mild and stir. Add other ingredients in order given. Bake in 3 greased 8 inch square pans at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Freezes well also.
