Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl. Add milk, sugar and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Then cut in shortening until it looks like small peas. Add liquids and mix lightly. Do not knead. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours. When ready to bake, pinch off amount needed and kneas, then roll out on floured board. Do not allow dough to rise. Cut and bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen
