     Goddess Granola

3 c. rolled oats (Quaker is fine)
2 c. chopper raw almonds
2 c. copped raw cashews or hazelnuts
2 c. salt-free roasted sunflower seeds
1/4 c. honey or agave nectar
1/2 c. wheat germ
2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 c. diced dried fruit

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients except for the fruit in a large bowl and toss well.
Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for approx. 14 minutes, stirring a couple times throughout.
When it is golden, take out of oven and add the dried fruit.
