     Raisin Sauce for Baked Ham

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbls corn starch
2 Tbls vinegar
2 Tbls lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 cps water
1/2 cups raisins
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat stirrin constantly until thick.
Pour over sliced baked ham. Have dish on table for guests to have more sauce.
