     Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb ground beek
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cup beef broth
 
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped dill or parsley
hot cooked noodles

Instructions
In large skillet, heat butter. Add onion, coo over medoum heat, stiroften. (about 3 mins). Add mushrooms and book until their liquids has fiven off and are lightly browned, (5mins). Ad ground beef, cook, stir to break clumps. (5mins) Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in flour and cook. Stir often (1 min). Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, return skillet to medium heat and cook, stir cnostantly, just to warm sour cream (30 sec) Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately over hot noodles.
