     Egg Noodles

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
3 tablespoons cold water
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
 

Instructions
Beat whole egg and yolks until very light. Beat in cold water and salt. Work in flour with hands to make a stiff dough. Divide dough in 3 parts. Roll each part out on a lightly floured board as thin as possible, paper, thi. Place each piece of dough between towels until it is partially dry. Roll up like a jelly roll, cut into strips. Shake out and let dry. Makes 6 cups.
