Melt chocolate and cool. Beat sugar and butter 5 minutes. Add chocolate and vanilla, beat. Add one egg at a time and beat for 2 minutes. Add to pie shell, top with whipped cream, shave chocolate and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate. No cooking needed.
