1.5kl strong bread flour
bakers yeast
curry leaves or other flavouring
olive oil
1 tub natural yoghurt

add yeast sugar and water to a small jug and cover for about 15 mins until frothing
mix flour curry leaves salt yoghurt and oil together add yeast mixture and enough warm water to form a moist dough
allow dough to rise in a warm place for at least 30 mins
knock back and shape sprincle sea salt and butter over breads and bake in a hot oven for about 5 to 10 min each side.
