1/2 c. chopped onion

1 clove garlic minced

1 16 oz can diced tomatoes

2 c. water

Instructions |

|
Dredge meat in flour.
|
|
|
Melt oil in large skillet, brown meat thoroughly. Add onion and garlic until onion is soft.

Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 1-2 hours.
|
|
|
Stir occasionally. Remove cover for 5-10 minutes.
