	8-10 Fresh Plum Tomatos cut in half
	2T Tomato Paste
	1T Lemon Juice
	2t Lemon Zest
	1T Saffron
	Vg Oil
	2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
	Vinegar?


Instructions


Char Tomatos skin side up with oil.


Puree everything.
