Ingredients
1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 Cup soft white breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp oleo, melted
2 tsp. fresh onion, minced
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of ground cloves
Dash of ground nutmeg
6 Tbsp milk

cooking spray
1 Tbsp oleo
2 Tbsp flour
1 Can (13 3/4 oz) no salt beef broth
1/2 cup light sour cream
Canned mushrooms- optional

Instructions
Combine first 9 ingredients and mix well. Shape into 24, one inch balls. Set aside. Coat a large non-stick skillet with spray. Add 1 Tbsp margarine and place over medium heat until margarine is melted. Add meatballs and cook until browned, approx. 8 minutes, turning frequently.
Wipe drippings from pan with paper towel. Place flour in skillet. Slowly add beef broth, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Mushrooms can be added at this point. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Return meatballs to skillet and cook for 3 minutes more or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice or noodles.

Serving Suggestions
NOTE- This recipe needs more gravy. Try doubling the flour, broth and sour cream.
