     Pan-roasted asparagus

Ingredients
1 tspn olive oil
2 lbs asparagus
1 tblspn lemon juice
 

Instructions
heat oil in a 12 in skillet on medium high heat untill simmerring. add 1/2 asparagus, cover and cook untill bright green(5min)
Uncover and season with salt and pepper. Increase to high heat and cook untill brown( 5-7 min). Add other ingrediants
