Ingredients
2 cups unsifted flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup skim milk
 

Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in margarine until pieces are the size of peas. Combine Egg Beaters and milk. Add to flour mixture. Stir quickly with fork just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Spoon mixture evenly into 12 greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
