     Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 whole chicken boiled and boned
3-4 cups broth from the chicken
1 can diced green chilles
2 2 cans cream of chicken soup (mushroom may be used)
4 TBL minced onion
2 Tsp chilli powder
tobasco to taste
salt and pepper
1 bag tortilla chips
 
1 lb. shreded mixed mexican style cheese

Instructions
mix all ingredients except the chips and cheese in a bowl, smash chips in the bottom of a 9x11 pyrex dish, layer with chicken mixture, top with cheese, and layer again with cheese being the final layer Bake at 400 until bubbly and serve with Spanish rice.
