Place rice, then chicken in greased casserole. Dilute soup with water, stir until smooth. Pour over rice and chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Seal with foil and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover last 15 minutes if chicken is not sufficiently brown.
