     Julie's Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pound can chocolate syrup
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
chopped nuts (optional)
 
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and salt. Beat well. Blend in syrup, flour and nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with chocolate icing. When cool, cut into bars.
