Cook pasta until just tender – not cooked through. Melt butter in
a large saucepan and sauté onion until translucent. Add flour,
cook until thick. Add salt and pepper, and gradually stir in
cheese. Stir until melted, add sour cream. Stir the sauce into the
noodles and transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and
plain breadcrumbs and bake at 375 for 30-40 min, until golden.
