     Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
1 package (32 oz) reduced sodium beed broth
1 can (15-16 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 package (1.25 oz) reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can (11 oz) whole-kernel corn with sweet peppers
tortilla chips, optional
 

Instructions
In a large saucepan, cook beef until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
