     KariLynn’s Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 large can pumpkin (3 cups)
4 Eggs (beaten)
2 C evaporated milk and 1/2 C heavy cream
 

Instructions
Combine first six ingredients.
Add evaporated milk and cream, mix until blended.
Fill two 10 inch unbaked pie shells. Bake 40 minutes @350. Shake it – if it ripples, it’s not done.
