2 cup diced Beats
|
| |
1/2 cup beet liquid
|
| |
2 PKG. lemon gelatin
|
| |
3 cups boiling water
|
| |
1/2 cups diced celery
|
| |
2 TBSP lemon juice
|
| |
2 TBSP vinegar
|
| |
1 TBSP Prepared Horseradish
|
| |
1 1/2 tsp onion salt
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
|
Dissolve 2 PKG, Lemon Gelatin in 3cups boiling water
|
|
|
|
Add beets to liquid, Lemon juice vinegar, horseradish and onion salt
|
|
|
|
Chill until Slightly thickened. Fold in beets and celery.
|
|
|
|
Chill in 6 cup mold until set.
Un-mold garnish with cottage cheese and lettuce
|
