     tangy mustard coleslaw

Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage chopped
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (or dash hot sauce)
 

Instructions
combine cabbage, onion, and carrot.
combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper, and red pepper in small bowl.
mix together and chill for 20 minutes. stir before serving.
